James I. Bond is one of America’s leading business coaches and consultants.

For thirteen years he ran one of California’s leading behavioral management firms, employing PhDs in psychology and organizational development, and more than 22 coaches from the nation’s top consulting organizations. Early in his career, James ran a regional advertising agency working with such clients as Kraft Foods, Timex, Avon Cosmetics, Abbott Laboratories, and Seagram’s Distillers.
More recently, he has been a workshop chairman for SCORE, the resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he oversaw workshops and training for thousands of entrepreneurs and small business owners. As a workshop presenter, and a senior marketing and Internet marketing counselor for SCORE, he has helped hundreds of individuals and businesses in a wide range of industries and professions, across the U.S. and internationally.
James is also a popular presenter at Southern California universities, on behavioral management, marketing, entrepreneurship and building a successful professional practice (for consultants and PhD Therapists).
He conducts often sold-out workshops through the SBA’s affiliated organizations.
Personally, James is founder of The Father-Daughter Project™ dedicated to helping improve the relationships between fathers and daughters everywhere, and is author of The Secret Life of Fathers… An Unexpected Guide to Understanding Men… and Fathers (now in its 2nd edition)... which Forbes magazine called, "a breakthrough relationship book".
